It says: "The destruction of Neumarkt in World War II On 23 February and 11 April 1945, Neumarkt is heavily bombed. The resistance of the SS results in the destruction of the town." This doesn't make sense. An air raid in February 45 at Neumarkt cannot be caused by "resistance" of any infantry troops, as the front had been far away from Neumarkt at this time. In fact, the official British concept of that time had been to bomb civilian housing areas and old town centers with all civilian inhabitants in reach for "moral warfare", as had happened to various towns in France or in Bavaria at Wuerzburg or Rothenburg ob der Tauber. 131.56.12.19 (talk) 16:36, 17 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
