Speedy Deletion

[edit]

Hello.

I have nominated your article Yellow Bird Project for Speedy Deletion because it is un-notable, clearly vanity (See mainly criterion A7 of Speedy Deletion criterions) and because Wikipedia is NOT an advertising service (See what Wikipedia is NOT. --Deenoe 23:56, 4 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I am removing my warnings on second thought. I still personally think the yellowbird project is not notable enough to be mentionned on WP but I remove my rollbacks, to let an other wikipedian decide about it. Please accept my apologies. Lucasbfr 00:47, 5 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm backing Deenoe on this. Sorry, nice project, but nobody has heard of it yet. If it starts getting independent press, celebrities start wearing them to the VMAs, etc. -- then we can have an article. Vanity in the name of a charity is still vanity, in Wikipedia terms. --Dhartung | Talk 01:10, 5 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Exactly.. Hope you don't take it bad and that you will continue contributing to Wikipedia! --Deenoe 01:27, 5 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
