Mishu Chowdhury (Birth: March 3, 1990) is a Bangladeshi ex-cricketer, sports anchor and actress. She played for Bangladesh national women's cricket team from 2010 to 2012 but left the team due to injury.
Mishu Chowdhury popularly known by name of Mishu Chowdhury. But her full name Mst. Rokeya Sultana. “Mishu” is her nickname. She is a Bangladeshi Ex-Women promila Cricketer in Bangladesh cricket women Team. She was an all rounder Cricketer. She played cricket as Club Cup, District, and Division Cup. She also played Open Badminton singles & Doubles tournament. She got the best popular Anchor award, Best Film Actress Award. She entered the Television Media in the year of 2015. She is a successful in Stage, Sports Presentation, Actress, Film and commercials. She started her Cricket career since 2005 to 2013 but for her ligament injuries she left the Cricket. Then she started Television media as a Sports Presenter for ODI World Cup by Boishakhi Tv. Now she is working regularly.
Career
Mishu Chowdhury was born in Bogura. she started her acting career in Bogura Theatre.
She played for Bangladesh national women's cricket team from 2010 to 2012 but retired after a ligament injury.[1]
She is currently writing a book on women's cricket in Bangladesh.[2]

Mishu has acted in 5 films and more than 70 television dramas. She has also acted in several television commercials among which is Grameenphone's Jomiye rakha kotha directed by Amitabh Reza Chowdhury.[3]
