In 2010, he founded the Dolzza Construction Company, which - as of 2017 - has been in operation for over 12 years.
I don't know about you, but that right there is a heck of a claim of significance, I'm just not sure it's credible. But anyway, delete. I found literally nothing. Assuming Genel Energy actually is notable, and we haven't deleted it yet, claiming to be COO probably inches it past A7.
