WP:STALEDRAFT on a road that, despite what look like a lot of sources, is not really notable. “Highway” may be its official designation but is not an accurate descriptor. This is a very short gravel road that provides access seven or eight houses and a campground with about 10 sites. No substantive edits since being userfied six years ago. Well, WP:STALEDRAFT, which of course I jst re-acquainted myself with, says that if you believe it could survive in mainspace that it should be moved there instead of being hidden away in userspace indefinitely. Obviously that shouldn’t happen while this discussion is open, but if you do belive that it probably is the right move. I don’t happen to agree, this is a lot of puffery in my opinion, making a very, very minor road look much more important than it is. The idea (expressed in the draft) that Primrose is a city with a central area is laughable. I don’t see how having a designation from the agency that built it confers automatic notability. I haven’t been over there in some time, but I doubt you would even see that designation posted there as we don’t really do that up here. Roads are known by names, not numbers, in Alaska, and this isn’t a highway in the normally understood sense of the word, even if it is designated as one for bureaucratic purposes.  Request withdrawn You know what, I took a break in 2016 and somehow missed until just now that we don’t delete stale drafts in userspace anymore if the user is still around. I don’t believe we need an article on this, but as a matter of policy I am forced to conclude my nomination is invalid and therefore withdrawn. Since there is one good faith delete vote I will leave it for others to decide hw best to close it. Beeblebrox (talk) 23:00, 20 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
