Companies set up as educational institutions who claim a form of accreditation but with no official tie to State or Ministry from a country fall under the category of unaccredited Higher education institutions (uHEI).1 The Cantonal jurisdiction in Switzerland is not state wide so a lot of time where laws are unclear these schools shift there business in these parts of Switzerland for easier operation, which the provided list shows. Legality concerns

Even if issuing or receiving qualification is legal, passing it off as an accredited one for personal gain is a crime in many jurisdictions. These institutions could also be guilty of fraud if they mislead customers into believing that the qualifications they issue are accredited or recognized, or make false claims that they will lead to career advancement, and accept money on the basis of these claims.3

List of companies

The list is based from official state sites Studyprogrammes 4 , Akkreditierungsrat 5 , Swissuniversities 6 showing the list of Universities,Schools accredited by state with Anabin State site to reference schools who do not posses accreditation from the state in Switzerland, and have the -H rating.7
