Keep Ruitapu. Merge Ruitapu, Sangzhi as a duplicate article. Even if AfD were a forum for proposed mergers (it isn't), Ruitapu is the established article and disambiguation does not appear to be necessary. • Gene93k (talk) 15:48, 4 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
