Read up on how to make edits responsibly, talk page edits are typically not removed but I am considering it because they are such a mess. There was one bit in the article that was unclear that I changed because you mentioned it, but for most of the rest it was pretty hard to interpret what you even wanted. They all said Gattling expressed remorse of his invention as "not saving lives by ending war sooner", regret of lives lost.
