Adenovirus 36
Hello. I removed the following from the History section. Here is everything in case anybody needs it.
A 2014 meta-analysis concluded that adenovirus 36 (Ad36) infection is associated with an increased risk of obesity development.[1]

Seperate article Nutritional science
If this article is supposed to be about the science that studies and analyzes nutrition, the lemma should be nutritional science. Then the lemma nutrition can be used for what is currently under Nutrition (physiological process). --AlienFood (talk) 12:56, 22 February 2021 (UTC)
- The article nutrition in its current state is an overview article giving short introductions and links to the subtopics human nutrition, animal nutrition and plant nutrition. There is/was no information about the science discipline dealing with nutrition as study object (nutritional science or nutrition science), but the lemma nutritional science redirected here. Therefore it only made sense to have an separate article on the science behind it which is now available under nutritional science (also see discussion here: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Nutritional_science#Study_object_vs._science_discipline). --AlienFood (talk) 22:29, 7 March 2021 (UTC)
New Editor for this article
Howdy I am a student and will be reviewing and trying to edit this page, I would love some input on anything you all think would be helpful to add or with any of the edits that I do make. What I have noticed that I will try to be editing is the concepts I believe that it should focus and capture the concept of nutrition. Samanthajones101 (talk) 01:26, 21 February 2022 (UTC)

User:Thebiguglyalien, I think we should talk about the relationship between nutrition and metabolism, as in nutrition delivers the nutrients, and metabolism makes use of it. Should we make a new section for it or integrate it into an existing section? CactiStaccingCrane (talk) 14:54, 8 August 2022 (UTC)
- I've been putting that off because I'm not sure how this article should address it. The best thing I can think of would be to have a paragraph under Nutrients that covers how nutrition leads into metabolism. I've written a few sentences to that effect throughout the article, but nothing comprehensive. Thebiguglyalien (talk) 22:00, 8 August 2022 (UTC)
