Not a hoax. But an unnecessary page, considering we have the article Cooperative movement. I changed the speedy to a10--duplicate on that basis, because there's no need for a redirect from a NEO that nobody uses. DGG ( talk ) 03:12, 27 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
