Delete for failing WP:SINGER and WP:ENTERTAINER. @Bearian: The citations used in the article are iffy at best, however I found though that he is actually mentioned in reliable sources as a singer, and more RS are found through using WP:INDAFD. And while such as Bollywood Life writing "The singers Dev Negi and Shipra Goyal have given a good Punjabi track" seem to show that his work has received some positive notice, other found RS simply verify the body of his work and do not discuss it in detail.
