Keep Wikipedia:Notability (media)#Newspapers, magazines and journals #4 and #5 are clearly met. To add to RightCowLeftCoast, a HighBeam search I conducted found 39 articles that cited Northwest Asian Weekly as a source and it appears to be an important source in Asian communities.
