This is a minor aspect of Palo alto city policy. I can see a sentence on it in the history of the city. this will have no discussion outside the city itself. Mercurywoodrose (talk) 04:52, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete This is a trivial local issue, referenced only by government documents and a hyper-local weekly paper. If someone feels strongly that this is significant for the city of Palo Alto, a sentence could be added to that article, but there should not be a redirect; this is simply not an encyclopedic topic, and anyone wanting information about it will look in the city article in any case. --MelanieN (talk) 19:06, 18 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. While there is information about these projects, it all appears to be local in scope. I see no evidence that these projects are notable enough to be included in an encyclopedia. A brief mention in the article on the city might be warranted. --Kinu t/c 19:47, 20 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
