Dubai Airport (Arabic|مطار دبي الدولي) is a community of the Emirate of Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. It is located in the Sector 2 in northern Dubai, east of the historic district of Deira.

The territory occupies an area of 14.2 km²[1] in an area immediately close to the Deira district, between the Dubai Creek and the border with the Emirate of Sharjah.
The area is bounded on the north by Al Quds Street (D 91), on the east by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E 311), on the south by Airport Road (D 89) and on the west by Al Ittihad Road (E 11).[2]
The district is entirely occupied by the Dubai International Airport.
The area is served by the Red Line of the Dubai Metro which has two stops Airport Terminal 1 and [ [Airport Terminal 3 (Dubai Metro)|Airport Terminal 3]] at the homonymous terminal of the airport.
The Metro's Green Line does not stop directly at the airport, but follows Al Nahda Road, which runs parallel to Al Quds Street. Its nearest stops (Al Nahda, Al Rashid Stadium and Al Qiyadah, are over 1.5 km from Terminal 2.
There is no public road network within the district, except for the short stretches of access/exit from the car parks. Beirut Street, which connects the neighborhoods of Al Qusais and Al Twar in the north with the neighborhood of Umm Ramool in the south, passes under the airport with a tunnel of about 1 km.
