I am the new COI editor working on Estee Lauder entities in the encyclopedia. In accordance with Wikipedia policies, I am asking the community to consider making the following improvements and updates to this article:
- Adding that he received an Order of Merit, the Italian Ordine al merito del lavoro from Sergio Mattarella in 2015[1][2]
- Including additional references and information about Freda's introduction of ESG parameters at Estee Lauder[2], as well as his direct involvement in the company's fragrance line[3]
- Placing additional sources to support his previous role as president at Procter & Gamble's Global Snacks Division,[4][5], as well as his current role[6]
- Incorporating some of Freda's board affiliations, including the board of BlackRock,[7] the Advisory Board of the Global Business Initiative at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, and the Council for Inclusive Capitalism[8][9]
