Aurelian Pavelescu (born October 20, 1964 in Lădești, Vâlcea County, Romania) is a Romanian politician. He has been serving as the president of the Christian Democratic National Peasants' Party (PNȚCD) since 2011 onwards.[1] He served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies from 2004 to 2008.He was a member of the Democratic Party (PD), and its succesor the Democratic Liberal Party (PDL) until 2006.
