Control copyright icon Hello Akshadev! Your additions to Draft:Rakuten Mobile have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.

  • You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
  • Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
  • We have strict guidelines on the usage of copyrighted images. Fair use images must meet all ten of the non-free content criteria in order to be used in articles, or they will be deleted. To be used on Wikipedia, all other images must be made available under a free and open copyright license that allows commercial and derivative reuse.
  • If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into either the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
  • Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps described at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. See also Help:Translation#License requirements.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, please ask them here on this page, or leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 00:57, 26 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Your signature

Hi Akshadev, I noticed that you recently copied the formatting of my signature to yours, copying not only colours, shading and typeface, but even macrons over vowels. The similarity may be confusing to other editors and may run afoul of WP:SIGFORGE. Would you mind using different sig formatting? Thank you. — kashmīrī TALK 15:42, 22 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Done. Sorry for the inconvenience brother, I still have a lot to learn about Wikipedia's policies. — AKSHADÉV™ 💬 16:11, 22 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, there's a good deal of them. Thanks and good luck! — kashmīrī TALK 16:52, 22 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Beadrill

The following is a closed discussion. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page.

I'm archiving this discussion as a reminder of my inappropriate actions at Talk: LVM3 RM and User talk:Beadrill. What I did at LVM3's RM, was wrong. But all those things are past now. I will prove that I'm not an abusive editor and I never will be. — AKSHADÉV™ 💬 06:19, 29 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Be aware, Beadrill has claimed over at User talk:Beadrill that they are a different person than you but had access to your account. If accurate, that would mean you allowed your account to be compromised and as per WP:COMPROMISED, we would need to indefinitely block this account. --Yamla (talk) 10:30, 28 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I did not allowed anyone anything. That Beadrill id you're talking about was created by me (The Ancestor is also mine). I was leading those two accounts. It was all my fault and I paid for it (the two week ban by 'user Spicy'). Now I've nothing to do with those two accounts anymore because now I know what's right and what's not. Since then, I've never abused multiple accounts or any other Wikipedia policy (intentionally) that could lead my account to get blocked. — AKSHADÉV™ 💬 11:02, 28 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Yamla Why did you block me? Go check my contribution history and tell me if I've violated any policy since that RM incident. I like editing Wikipedia, please don't take away my right just like that. — AKSHADÉV™ 💬 11:15, 28 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I did not block you. See your block log where you can see this account is not directly blocked and was never blocked by me. I will note that your statement here directly contradicts the statement over at User talk:Beadrill, though. --Yamla (talk) 11:29, 28 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Spicy Why now! — AKSHADÉV™ 💬 11:38, 28 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Here, you claim only you controlled all three accounts. Why, then, did you lie over at User talk:Beadrill while attempting to get it unblocked? Why bother trying to get that account unblocked at all? --Yamla (talk) 11:46, 28 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
My bad! Sorry for being irresponsible. Now I seriously have nothing to do with those accounts. — AKSHADÉV™ 💬 11:54, 28 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
So, to be clear, you are admitting that you lied over at User talk:Beadrill while attempting to get that account unblocked? --Yamla (talk) 11:55, 28 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I did. I'm sorry. — AKSHADÉV™ 💬 12:03, 28 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
This reflects really badly on you. You attempted to mislead us and attempted to resume violating WP:SOCK. You are incredibly close to an indefinite block; any further bad behaviour, including inappropriate edits, will result in an indefinite block. Don't try to pull this garbage again. --Yamla (talk) 12:04, 28 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The only thing is bothering me is that message on those userpages: “This account has been confirmed by a CheckUser as a sockpuppet of Akshadev (talk · contribs · logs)”. I don't want to be called a Sockmaster. Can those accounts be deleted permanently or something? — AKSHADÉV™ 💬 12:19, 28 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
No, accounts cannot be deleted. And you are an abusive sockmaster. I'm afraid the user pages on those accounts will continue to reflect your inappropriate actions here on Wikipedia. --Yamla (talk) 12:26, 28 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I was. I'm not now, and my intentions were never wrong. That was a mistake and it is all over now. Anyway I don't need to justify myself because I know what I am :), have a good day! — AKSHADÉV™ 💬 12:33, 28 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You literally tried to be today. --Yamla (talk) 12:40, 28 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I'm taking an arrow straight to my chest for that! AKSHADÉV™ 💬 12:45, 28 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, discussion pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Talk:East Bengal Club, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. It's up to editors if they want to use the "support"/"oppose" formatting, and their comments are clear enough anyway. And changing the hyphen style on other people's comments is pointless too Joseph2302 (talk) 07:56, 2 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Joseph2302: Have a look at this and thisAKSHADÉV™ 💬 08:03, 2 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Leave the same message at those users talk pages as you leaved on mine. Also, your point noted. Cheers! — AKSHADÉV™ 💬 08:04, 2 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Also, do notify me (here) when you're done with the suggestions stuff (on those users talk pages). — AKSHADÉV™ 💬 08:15, 2 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not involved in that discussion, but the point is still relevant. Joseph2302 (talk) 08:22, 2 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Exactly, and being a responsible editor, you should get involved if the Wikipedia guidelines are being compromised by anyone. because the rules are made for everyone, right! — AKSHADÉV™ 💬 08:27, 2 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
