Q: who can offer more precise costing than what was mentioned briefly in section "Coatings"? ideally, a link to a web page where researchers are adding new products as they publish research papers... be nice if it was a summary in table form... columns including: efficiency of thermal radiating (scale 0.00 to 0.99); reflectivity (scale 0.00 to 0.99); toxicity; cost per sq. M; availability (exotic chemicals vs. common place); relative ease of application (scale 1 to 5); resistance to weather (scale 1 to 5);
