Hi, I'm working with The Pulitzer Center, a non-profit journalism agency geared towards providing audience to underrepresented news stories. I'd like to link this page to a few related articles on the Pulitzer site; http://www.pulitzercenter.org/showproject.cfm?id=19 concerning the Juneau Icefields, Please let me know if I can post these links. Many thanks in advance. Blendus 05:17, 4 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It is fine to link this article to your website, but to add a link to your website to this article might be considered WP:SPAM. I recognize you may be trying to get more interest about your organization, but Wikipedia is not a hosting platform for website links.--MONGO 07:29, 4 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Thank your your feedback. I was hoping that you may take a look at the link http://www.pulitzercenter.org/showitemcat.cfm?id=1&projectid=19 as I feel that it really pertains to the Juneau Icefield and the work of scientists tracking its retreat. I believe it would be an assest to have this link posted to the site. Please reconsider allowing me to post it. Thanks again Blendus 15:50, 7 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I added a direct link to the video...it is at the bottom of the external links section.--MONGO 16:40, 7 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Devils Paw is not one of the Mendenhall Towers. It is located several miles east of the Mendenhall Towers. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.67.45.123 (talk) 02:26, 14 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Not a very decent photo

[edit]

Whereas I see fallen cornices, and valleys, I don't see ice field features, especially flat ones, nor do I see crevasses. The photo might be taken near the Juneau Ice Field, but it lacks the usual noted features such as say the Mendenhall Towers. It should be replaced with a better photo. 198.123.50.1 (talk) 18:18, 21 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
