@सुमित सिंह:, According to WP:COMMONNAME, we should use common title which can be recognised easily. The incident is not described as Takshashila Complex fire anywhere. Surat fire is most common and recognizable. Year is added as per title conventions. -Nizil (talk) 07:26, 28 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Nizil Shah: , I have seen "Uphaar Cinema fire" as an example to change the name , year is not mentioned in that case. We only mention year when there are chronological events. But yes I agree that Surat is a common name in this case. Sumit SinghT09:56, 28 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@सुमित सिंह:, I followed WP:NCE suggesting "When Where What" format. "When" (2019) is not used when the event is described without it and identifiable without year.
