Yukon Freedom Party
The Yukon Freedom Party was recently removed/commented out from the infobox by Kawnhr. I think that is probably the right decision for now. Although I also note at this stage there are only four parties registered with Elections Yukon.[1] If that remains the case, and the Freedom Party receives significant coverage in WP:RS it would be prudent to revisit this. That said, at the moment I can't even find any reporting that the party has said they will run candidates in this election. Until they do it is premature to include them the infobox. Perhaps in the article at all.--Darryl Kerrigan (talk) 22:18, 26 January 2022 (UTC)
- Yeah, that's why I removed them: they're a newly-registered party that does not have any sort of media profile or even really any media acknowledgement at this time. It's not clear if they're poised to become a small-but-popularly-known party (akin to, say, the Greens), or just another fringe outfit that amounts to little (akin to… most registered parties). Essentially, I think we should err on the side of caution for now. But the code is still there if the situation changes. — Kawnhr (talk) 23:21, 26 January 2022 (UTC)
