Barangays under Akbar

I just wonder how the municipal mayor of Akbar govern his constituency with loose barangays, or rather, the land area of Akbar is not continuous. Brgy. Paguensan is sorrounded by barangays of Tuburan (Bohetambis and Lahi-lahi) while Manguso and Mangalut are sorrounded by barangays of Tuburan namely: Calut, Sinang, Katipunan, Sinulatan, Lahi-lahi, Bohetambis, Lower Tablas and Tablas Usew. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.101.191.189 (talk) 09:16, 17 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
