New article or rename to London Guards?

[edit]

Since there is no longer a London Regiment, how do we suggest this article goes forward? --Zimbabweed (talk) 14:16, 2 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Move it to London Guards - the regiment still exists, it retains the history of its previous incarnation, so add a new section detailing the changes. Hammersfan (talk) 18:45, 2 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Suppport move to London Guards. It is the same regiment with a new name. Dormskirk (talk) 18:51, 2 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

G (Messines) Company

[edit]

I am not sure why Blackshod wants to keep adding "company (-)" behind "G (Messines) Company, Scots Guards (formerly A (London Scottish) Company)". It would be helpful if Blackshod could explain what this means but, in the absence of any explanation from Blackshod, please could someone else suggest what it means? Thanks.
