All notable?

Would all these people be considered notable enough to have their own articles? I ran across California Coastal Records Project for example which seems the basis for the 2004 award. Worth a redirect perhaps? W Nowicki (talk) 20:15, 20 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I think it likely that research would show that most if not all the red-linked names are notable. If I had a lot more time, I would start on that, but I have lots of other projects in progress right now. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 21:09, 20 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
