Randall left the company early to train as a theatre director with Danny Boyle at the Royal Court and continues to direct theatre at many leading venues and for television

Hilaire later wrote the libretti for English National Opera's Lillian Bayliss programme, and the script for an Adzido Pan African Dance Company production. She no longer works in the arts.

Evaristo developed a career as an award-winning writer of many books of fiction and verse fiction, and other literary works. She is currently Professor of Creative Writing at Brunel University London.
