Disputed topic

As Somaliland is an unrecognized country, and Somalia is the recognized ruling party, Somalia should definitely be mentioned, I now agree after reading on the subject. However since this is a disputed topic to be complete and thorough I believe it should be mentioned in the article; associating it with both Somalia and Somaliland.
