Are these companies related? Telex Computer Products (formed in 1972) was relatively well known as a maker of IBM-compatible terminals and computers. They later merged with Memorex. If Telex Computers is a spinoff of this one (see the hint in the Dataproducts article), then it should be covered in this article.
