Proposed deletion

This was a nightclub in Shanghai 15 years ago. It had some headline international acts and was genuinely a fixture. Though it appears to be gone now I think it has historic value. I will try to find some way to flesh out more content. There were two external links as support even back then (when citations were sparse on Wikipedia), I will try to find more. prat (talk) 23:01, 26 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

A quick search suggests the venture is closed (website domain name de-registered) and some reports here.
I believe the best thing to do with the article as-is is to split it in to a disambig page, a company page and a historic nightclub article. prat (talk) 23:05, 26 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
