Lower case as default or at least as redirect

The term is original Latin, and at least when it's set in Italics it should not be case-sensitive. That means, we need at least a redirect from lower-case "ius italicum". If conditioning the redirect by the term being set in Italics, and that's technically possible, fine with me. Thanks. Arminden (talk) 11:18, 1 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
