It seems to me more correct not to use translation from Belarusian into Russian and then into English, but to use the official transliteration, as it is done with many other Belarusian figures, and specifically I think it is necessary to rename the title of the article to Stanislaŭ Šuškievič / Stanisłaŭ Šuškievič. This is not transliteration from belarusian. Russian is official language in belarus. Also, per WP:COMMONNAME, in the english-speaking world he is mostly known under russian name.
