I've not heard this name before. Could this be the same as either Cairo Regional Internet Exchange (CR-IX) or Middle East Internet Exchange (MEIX)? -- Gigacephalus (talk) 18:52, 10 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Unless there are two different buildings in the same street with the same function, this building seems to be, according to the NYT article given in the links, a Telecom Egypt building at 26 Ramses Street.

The New York Times article also mentions "Other exchanges, like an important one in Alexandria...". What would the one in Alexandria be? -- Karada (talk) 15:56, 17 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
