Jihad Muheisen, Gaza, Hamas and PNSF - ?!

Was Jihad Muheisen really PNSF? I guess not. If yes: rewrite article, as it leaves the impression that it was removed from Gaza once Hamas took over in 2007. Did the Hamas put up a force it also called PNSF, in competition with Fatah? Or was it part of one of the many in-form-only reconciliation attempts with Fatah?
