@Joeyconnick: FTR, I could not read this poster's billing block (and it's not at IMDb), as per it being low-res. But, in this particular case, there seems to be no compelling reason not to list simply the "above the line" credits – there is little doubt that Lynch and Holt are the "primary stars" here. OK, thanks for that. WP:FILMCAST has some wise words on this kind of thing, and I still think that leaving the infobox listing to just Lynch and Holt makes the most sense in this particular case, rather than doing a "laundry list" of most of the cast.
