Major rewrite completed

Here is some explanation:

  1. Rewrote for neutral point of view.
  2. Reduced dependence on self-published sources. Structure section needs work.
  3. Wrote new Recognition section summarizing the recognitions which made up most of the old History section.
  4. Created Mary Houghton. Avoided duplicating content between ShoreBank and Mary Houghton/Ron Grzywinski except when completely necessary.
  5. Added tags highlighting areas where more work is particularly needed.
