Proposal to merge China International Trade Promotion Committee into this article

It appears that China International Trade Promotion Committee is simply a duplicate version of this article. The names are very similar. The China International Trade Promotion Committee article identifies Yu Xiaosong as its former head, but a reliable outside source China Vitae lists Yu Xiaosong as the head of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
