Birth date[edit]

Text gives both 1608 and c. 1608; LC authority file has 1607 which I think is more correct; they cite the Concise DNB; is that enough justification to change the date in the text and change the birth category?--FeanorStar7 (talk) 11:44, 6 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

ODNB and HOP agree on 1607. Robinvp11 (talk) 17:02, 7 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

B class review[edit]

B class. Please note that I made some edits. If I came upon a "he" that was unclear, I added a name. Please clear up the following 2 sentences. Djmaschek (talk) 03:52, 8 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Education and political opposition - last paragraph: Please fix. "They dropped the idea when John Winthrop rejected their proposed political constitution was rejected by John Winthrop of Massachusetts, who insisted only full church members be allowed to vote."
  • Education and political opposition - last paragraph: (most family?) "Despair at the political situation of the 1630s led Greville to contemplate emigration along with many others, most family Oliver Cromwell."
