Nice article! As for almost all historic places of name format "Lastname House", i think this one should be moved to a more specific name, in this case Keeney House (LeRoy, New York). I'll develop a dab page at Keeney House (disambiguation) for now. Even if there is only one other item on that dab, the "Keeney, John W. and Erena Alexander Rogers, Farm", in Franklin Township, Michigan, i think that the LeRoy, New York place does not meet wp:primaryusage standards (as no one yet knows of it).
