Was Mittwoch really British?

[edit]

Usually even Jewish refugees from Germany did not receive British nationality until after 1945. There were even Jewish refugees, who joined the ranks of the British Armed Forces while still being officially regarded as "enemy aliens". An example for this is Sir Michael Kerr, the famous British judge and lawyer. --Ischtiraki (talk) 14:01, 25 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
