Previous station
[edit]At bottom of page it lists Oddingley as previous station, however http://www.railmaponline.com/UKIEMap.php# shows previous station northwards as Dunhampstead. Brian426uk (talk) 21:09, 18 February 2020 (UTC)
- @Brian426uk: Dunhampstead was 62 miles 11 chains from Derby; Oddingley 62 miles 58 chains; Spetchley 66 miles 16 chains - so Oddingley was previous station. See Long & Awdry (1987) p. 274. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 23:37, 18 February 2020 (UTC)
- I have never seen an Oddingley station listed. See http://railmaponline.com/UKIEMap.php There are level crossings at Oddingley and Dunhampstead.

- According to the source which I provided above, Oddingley was opened in September 1845 and closed to passengers on 1 October 1855. Butt (1995, p. 176) agrees with those dates. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 00:17, 22 February 2020 (UTC)
