Wider view

Train robbery is not limited to 19thC America the few links to other wiki articles shows this. 1995 Palo Verde derailment is a possible train robbery. An internet search show news-worthy 21stC robberies in India. This shouldn't be written in the past tense. --JBellis 13:11, 6 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

List of famous robbers

I propose that if we have to have this, it should be in a separate article, without the red links. Are all of these real people or are some fictional? --JBellis 13:11, 6 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Modern train robbers

If you google for "india train robbers" you will see that countries like India still has train robbers. It would be nice to have this infor in the article (See the article on piracy for comparison). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.150.116.86 (talk) 08:20, 16 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Jesse James was a gang leader and involved in gang activity. His former gang member killed him while he was asleep. Jesse james was a very nice man. 168.212.252.42 (talk) 17:20, 10 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The death of Jesse James is covered in the article Jesse_James#Death RudolfRed (talk) 17:36, 10 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

A cycle has become apparent

If you look through the revision history on this page you will see a cycle of vandals adding names from Red Dead Redemption 2 and users removing those names. Temporary article protection may fix this issue. Tommy has a great username (talk) 14:43, 7 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Recent train robberies

Looks like more can be added to the history section with the recent train robberies in LA 98.110.213.32 (talk) 00:23, 19 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hardy Boys 2023 Vancouver Christmas Train?

Someone added to the list of Most Notable Train Robbers and there appears to be no other source or mention. I searched google and came up with nothing. I could be completely wrong here but the title of "The Hardy Boys" raises a red flag with me especially since its dated for Christmas 2023 and in "Vancouver". Such a region experiencing a train robbery would likely result in expansive news coverage. 106.73.14.64 (talk) 09:54, 5 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
