In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Diago and the second or maternal family name is Mesa.

Sahily Diago Mesa (born 26 August 1995 in Jovellanos, Matanzas) is a Cuban middle-distance runner.[1]

She competed for Cuba at the 2012 Summer Olympics as member of the 4×400 metres relay squad.[2] She competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics.[3]
