In the introduction, insert the missing space between "the Bahamas." and "FTX". 2A01:C22:3499:FE00:4FF4:16A0:83D5:10D0 (talk) 11:58, 28 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The last paragraph of FTX#Widening impact and contagion fears could stand some updating re: Silvergate Bank. How about this sentence, copied from the lede of Silvergate Bank: In March 2023, the bank announced plans to wind down and liquidate.[1]

Additionally, I think Concerns were also raised would be better than Concerns have also been raised to start off that paragraph. YMMV. 57.140.16.45 (talk) 22:25, 23 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: The section is not a chorological account of events and Concerns were also raised is not an improvement in my opinion. Lightoil (talk) 19:36, 14 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Remove fate from the infobox. The fate text is used when the company is defunct. Read here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Infobox_company. FTX is not defunct yet. 207.96.32.81 (talk) 19:22, 27 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: Since the company has filed for bankruptcy and is in the liquidation process, I think we can safely say that FTX has collapsed without any significant probability of recovering. If by some miracle it is reestablished, we can then update the infobox. Liu1126 (talk) 15:03, 31 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
No, that’s chapter 7 bankruptcy; this is chapter 11. Again there is no defunct. Wikipedia is not a WP:CrystalBall. Give your reliable sources. 207.96.32.81 (talk) 13:32, 4 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you click on the 'FTT Whitepaper' link, it sends you to a google docs page you can't access.

Two questions: 1) Is there a way to fix this, does someone have a working link? 2) Does the 'ftx token' & white paper need its own section there? Feels like a footnote - if that ScottDNelson (talk) 23:30, 3 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Can anyone change the "is"?

The company went bankrupt, so that means it was defunct, it is, really, 2600:1005:B081:A930:F5D9:D746:CB10:1EED (talk) 10:45, 30 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
