Suspected sockpuppets[edit]

The Persian Language Wikipedia has  Confirmed these accounts to one another. All three socks have participated in Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Mahsa Amini, so this appears to be abuse of multiple accounts if the faWiki CUs are correct in confirming the connection between the accounts. I am requesting CheckUser to verify the findings of the faWiki CUs. I will note that I was alerted to this by a post on WP:ANI, but it does not appear to be the case that this has yet been reported to WP:SPI in order to request CheckUser on EnWiki. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 02:44, 11 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Suspected sockpuppets[edit]

The user editing both english and Iranian wikipedia like older socks. They have high overlap with older socks and editing similar related pages like Saqqez Template:Kurdistan Province (page has sockpuppet protection). They re created same page which was also created by his sock.Mahsa Amini (see redirect page history) and Mahsa Jina Amini. They expanding their older sock edits [[3]] [[4]] WP:duck?   •  Clerk endorsed a check on a MahanNoori and Agrinnn based on the presented evidence and edit summaries. I have not seen enough evidence for a check on Mahanikat so far. MarioGom (talk) 22:52, 27 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • The case is stale but MahanNoori and Agrinnn are  Confirmed to each other. I'm blocking them but will leave tagging to the clerks. I agree that there is not enough evidence to check Mahanikat and did not, but they did not appear in the checks I did run. There are also some other accounts on the IP they're using which I'm going to ask checkusers on some other wikis to look at, so please don't close this yet. They have similar username as past socks specific the numbers User:Rezaalavi023 User:Ali252252, editing on Persian Wikipedia as last socks and duck edits [[9]] [[10]] vs [[11]].
