This is an international trade organization that publishes architectural and operational standards for commercial buildings, used world-wide. I don't remember the previous state of the article, but if it could be restored to my user space, I'm sure I can find plenty of reliable, third-party sources that would demonstrate sufficient notability and address all advertorial content as well.

It was deleted after Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Building Owners and Managers Association was closed with no comments other than the nom. The nom stated "NCORP fail. Niche trade organization."

Mako Hit List

Soft deleted at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Mako Hit List. Hello, The Mako Hit List article has been deleted on Wikipedia, citing a lack of reliable sources beyond Mako's own website. I am also willing to rewrite the article to ensure it meets Wikipedia's standards. I kindly request that the decision to delete the Mako Hit List article be reconsidered. @Jkyhn: Not done – this page was deleted as a blatant advertisement under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion and Wikipedia is not to be used as a vehicle for promotion. This does not necessarily mean a suitable article on this topic cannot be created. If it is a notable topic, e.g., multiple reliable, secondary, published sources that are entirely independent of the subject have written about it in substantive detail (not just mere mentions), then a neutrally written article may be possible.
