Isoton is a telecommunications company founded by Greg Steer[1] in 1988. The company is headquartered in Australia, with international offices in Singapore and Indonesia. It is specialized in developing and managing carrier network software and systems.

History

The company was established as a telecom solution provider in 1988. In 1992, ISOTON introduced the first ISDN PRI-based mass-calling IVR platform. The years 1992 - 1997 marked the launch of the world's first Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) and sub-brand.

In 2002, ISOTON deployed an enterprise wholesale management solution, and in 2006, the company released an intelligent network-based Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE). From 2006 to 2013, ISOTON undertook the deployment of Vodafone TPG MVNE. In 2017, the company deployed U Mobile Malaysia.

The years 2020 and 2021 saw ISOTON becoming GSMA 5G ready and launching an AI/ML augmented decision-making product called IMZI, respectively. In 2022, ISOTON started its operations in India.
