Mirrors
[edit] Thanks for contributing to the article Libya. However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that material must be verifiable and attributed to reliable sources. You have recently used citations which copied, or mirrored, material from Wikipedia. This leads to a circular reference and is not acceptable. Most mirrors are clearly labeled as such, but some are in violation of our license and do not provide the correct attribution. Please help by adding alternate sources to the article you edited! If you need any help or clarification, you can look at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia or ask at Wikipedia:New contributors' help page, or just ask me. Thank you. - I'm now starting to think that this must be a troll account. After being notified yesterday about improper sourcing from @Kuru, this account once again used an improper source. Both of the edits occurred on the Libya article. The first source was from liquisearch.com and the second was from worldatlas.com. Dawnseeker2000 17:20, 25 June 2024 (UTC)
- How do I identify mirrored sites? Oluwanifemi Precious (talk) 10:17, 29 June 2024 (UTC)
- The content of a mirror site will be the same or similar to our article. Dawnseeker2000 17:10, 1 July 2024 (UTC)
Reliable sources
[edit]Please only use recognized authorities as sources for the articles. Thank you, Dawnseeker2000 23:45, 26 June 2024 (UTC)
- It is not a troll account. I'm just a beginner and I'm finding it hard to find the correct and approved references. I would appreciate any help to be better. Oluwanifemi Precious (talk) 10:19, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
