Good job on this. This might be close to FA level with a better copyedit and some style fixes, and I suggest getting ahold of the book about the film for further expansion. --badlydrawnjeff talk 21:05, 7 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'll try and get the book if I can ever find it at a local library or if it comes down below $10-15 on Amazon. Good work Ibaranoff24! --Nehrams2020 22:02, 7 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I own the book; what exactly would you like to have up there? Nqnpipnr 23:37, 31 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Werewolf, Don't and Hobo

Just in case anybody asks, the book "Grindhouse: The Sleaze-Filled Saga of an Exploitation Double Feature" does feature information regarding the making of Machete and Thanksgiving, but doesn't feature anything regarding the other three trailers.Nqnpipnr 00:01, 1 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Splitting Death Proof; Planet Terror (CLOSED)

This article is getting to long. There could be a main article about the idea and more, but the plot, cast and other information should be in separate articles. --Steinninn 14:07, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • Disagree -- There can be different sections within the article about both movies, but splitting it up just doesn't make any sense. When it was first released, it was one movie with two different sections. The films may be "Planet Terror" and "Death Proof," but they were released under the banner of "Grindhouse." Let's do the same here. 70.108.158.175 03:19, 18 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Disagree -- Isn't the purpose of WIKI to report how things ARE... not how we would like to see them? The fact is that this movie was released as a single film CALLED GRINDHOUSE. Even if it gets split in Europe, that doesn't mean the movie still wasn't released as one part here. The movie was released as a single film/product here with two stories "Death Proof" and "Planet Terror". We reported on it, how things were. We can't go back in time and change that. Nuff said.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.9.103.208 (talkcontribs) 16:46, 15 May 2007 (UTC).[reply]
  • Disagree — There's not nearly enough information to warrant three articles. (Ibaranoff24 16:34, 14 May 2007 (UTC))[reply]
  • Agree I support a split, especially if they end up being released in Europe separately. I disagree with the above, I think there's enough info.--badlydrawnjeff talk 16:37, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Disagree The article probably won't be expanded too much further except for a DVD release section and updated foreign box office numbers. Much of the information and current box office numbers are for both features with the film. I don't think it's necessary to split the article into two or three articles. --Nehrams2020 19:31, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Agree I guess I should also vote. The article is 59 kilobytes long, and so some kind of a split should be done. And yes, the films will be split in Europe. --Steinninn 12:17, 15 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Disagree If films like Kill Bill and the such aren't split into two, I don't know why this one should be. Andrzejbanas 06:03, 16 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Disagree It's one film, Grindhouse. It was envisioned, produced, and released as a single film.97.81.79.148 04:25, 18 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I think we should close the vote. Five out of seven should be enough. If the article gets longer sometime in the future someone might want to start a new vote. But not in the near future tough. --Steinninn 20:41, 18 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Grindhouse (the films) split, to be re-released
