Sheldon Souray (b. July 13, 1976 in Elk Point, Alberta) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who plays defence for the Montreal Canadiens. He is known for having one of the hardest slapshots in the NHL.
As a Métis, Souray is one of a few aboriginal players in the NHL.
He was married to former Baywatch actress Angelica Bridges
and have two daughters Valentina Raine and Scarlett Skye Souray.

- Voted onto the starting lineup for the 2007 NHL All-Star game.
- Posted 2nd hardest slapshot at 2007 NHL All-Star game with 100.4 MPH
- Hardest Slap Shot was recorded in the 2004 skills compition with 106.8 MPH
Records
On April 5th, 2007 he broke the NHL record for most powerplay goals in a season by a defensemen - 19.
Trivia
Souray is co-owner, along with New Jersey Devils goalie Martin Brodeur and Montreal restauranteur Andrea Dell'Orefice of a Rivière des Prairies pizzeria.
Souray was once voted the sexiest hockey player in the NHL by Access Hollywood.
