Thank-You for keeping an eye on the FLAME page and fixing the vandalism...it angers me that people seemed obliged to degrade themselves by doing such things — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dimsim da man (talkcontribs)

Yeah, I was trying to be nice to a kid/editor, but he's got cartoons mixed up with live action, and it didn't verify, so you got back to it before I did. Rmasbury 23:41, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I think the editor confused Nickelodeon and Nickelodeon Studios. Idioma 23:44, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Edit to ceiling fan article

Thank you for taking the time to edit the ceiling fan article.

Upon careful review, it is evident that all statements are properly sourced using The Fan Book (ISBN 0-8359-1855-6).

The tag you added has been removed. Thank you for your interest.

I'm moving this discussion to talk:Ceiling fan. Idioma 23:56, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Hi, Idioma. I have to assume that you are a fairly intelligent person. The stuff you're coming out with on the ceiling fan talk page is simple, childish, point-blank-intuitive stuff. So it seems that you're basis is personal rather than professional. I encourage you, and anyone else, to make intelligent + constructive + detailed + legitimate + well-founded comments and suggestions--but petty stuff really just doesn't belong. So please evaluate your true motives here, and examine what you write before you hit "save page". Thanks. Piercetheorganist 03:28, 1 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Not a problem. I don't try to support individuals but the community as a whole and the rules that they have set in place. I know Pierce can be frustrating to work with, but I'm not sure he realizes he is rude. He make a lot of personal attacks, but most of them are implied through condescension. I did not report him for 3RR, just warned him. I'm waiting for his response to the warning to decide what to do. Idioma 02:48, 4 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
