Orphaned fair use image (Image:JeffStrykerDVD.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:JeffStrykerDVD.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful.
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Nilfanion (talk) 00:23, 15 October 2006 (UTC)
Image:Senta berger-autograph.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Senta berger-autograph.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
- On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Chowbok ☠ 03:03, 9 November 2006 (UTC)

Fair use on Shauna Grant
Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- Image is used solely for the identification of the subject.
- The image is readily available on the source website, and the further use of this image on Wikipedia is not believed to disadvantage the copyright holder.
- Image has been reduced in size from the source.
- The subject of the photograph is deceased, therefore a "new" image can not be created of this person. A free image may not exist, but in the event of a free image being located for this person in the future, this image should be deleted as soon as possible.
This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit. The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership. Lack of such evidence is grounds for deletion. It is believed that the use of some images of promotional material to illustrate:
qualifies as fair use under Copyright law of the United States. Any other usage of this image, on Wikipedia or elsewhere, might be copyright infringement. See Wikipedia:Non-free content and Wikipedia:Publicity photos. Additionally, the copyright holder may have granted permission for use in works such as Wikipedia. However, if they have, this permission likely does not fall under a free license. Please note that our policy usually considers fair use images of living people that merely show what they look like to be replaceable by free-licensed images and unsuitable for the project. If this is not the case for this image, a rationale must be provided proving that the image provides information beyond simple identification or showing that this image is difficult to replace by a free-licensed equivalent. Commercial third-party reusers of this image should consider whether their use is in violation of the subject's publicity rights.

Hi, Thank you for uploading Image:DivineBrownMugshot.jpg, however it would be much appreciated if you could expand or clarify the sourcing information you have provided in the image summary., Where did YOU get the mugshot from? ShakespeareFan00 15:41, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
- Hi, i saw the mugshot of Divine 20 times or so. But this copy is stolen from the rotten.com library. http://www.rotten.com/library/bio/misc/divine-brown/. I uploaded once the mugshot of that English guy too, but a Hugh Grant fan has orphaned it first and then deleted it a long time ago :-).
- btw: Have you an idea, why the Moana Pozzi dvd cover above was deleted?. What should I write next time, when they want to delete a pic of a dead woman again? Greetings MutterErde 20:35, 10 July 2007 (UTC)

The cemetery Friedhof Heerstraße lies in Berlin, Germany, district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. It lies at the Trakehnerallee 1 (Trakehner avenue No.1) beneath the Olympiastadion. The name is a little misleading today because it originally refers to the inhabitants of the Villenkolonie Heerstraße, for which this cemetery was created in 1921-24 around the Sausuhlensee (Wild boar´s lake). The cemetery is 149,650 m ² large and created by the garden architect Erwin Barth as a forest cemetery. The chapel was constucted by Erich Blunck. Today it is not original, because its original oriental style was to be seen from the 1936 Summer Olympics. This view incurred Adolf Hitler and so he let decrease the tower. In 1948 the war-destroyed chapel was rebuilt in another variation.
From the beginning this cemetery was open for all, christians, jews, muslims and even suiciders. Because of its idyllic location on the lake it gathers today many prominent people.
